The Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club has unveiled its new “Picnics by Waldorf” program, offering an upscale picnic experience curated by Marissa Mullen of @thatcheeseplate and Business & Pleasure Co. Launched after a successful media and influencer event in May, this exclusive offering is now available for reservations.
Guests, members, and locals can enjoy a two-hour picnic on the resort’s botanical lawn, complete with a gourmet four-course menu. The experience begins with a bottle of Champagne and includes fresh salads, savory sandwiches, curated charcuterie, and housemade pastries. The al fresco picnic setup is provided by Business & Pleasure Co., ensuring a picturesque dining experience.
A highlight of the offering is the cheese plate designed by Mullen, known for her expertise in creating visually appealing and delectable cheese boards.
Pricing for the “Picnics by Waldorf” program is as follows:

- $900 (serves 6 guests)
